Le Bon Magot Carrot and Fruit Conserve (with Coriander & Jaggery) is an evocatively spiced Indo-Persian preserve. Enriched with tart apricots, juicy cranberries, succulent dates and luscious figs, it is delicious with Bosc pears and cheese, roasted sweet potatoes, butternut squash or drizzled over lentils.
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, jaggery (raw sugar), organic carrots, garlic, sweetened dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar), dried dates, organic dried figs (dried figs, water), dried apricots (apricots, sulfur dioxide {preservative}), spices including coriander seed, mustard powder and turmeric, sea salt. Contains sulfites.
