Mix 30-35g soft butter with an egg, a pinch of salt, and possibly a little grated nutmeg. Then, vigorously mix in the contents of this portion pack. Cut out the dumplings immediately with a teaspoon, place them in the boiling broth, and cook for another 20 minutes. Then, let them steep for another 5-10 minutes.
Tip: To ensure that your semolina dumplings always turn out well, we recommend using butter that has softened at room temperature. The broth should be boiling before you put the dumplings in.
