The ABTEY chocolate factory was created in 1946 by Amélie and Henry Abtey in Mulhouse. 15 years later in 1961, they launched what would become their specialty: chocolate filled with liqueur, without sugar crystallization. Their love of chocolate is a real family affair. Three generations later, they are still just as passionate about it.
