In order to meet the high expectations of their customers, they focus on the absolute premium quality of the Nuremberg Gingerbread, the “Elisen” Gingerbread. Fraunholz takes it one step further. Their doughs are made without any flour. On top of this, they bake the Gingerbread with an exceptionally high proportion of delicious hazelnuts and almonds. The Gingerbread is put on a gluten free wafer in the classic way.
Each package contains 5 pieces of the finest Nuremberg Elisen Gingerbread on a gluten free wafer, made without flour, covered in dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Almonds and hazelnuts (total 45%), sugar, orange and lemon peel (citric acid, antioxidant: sulfur dioxide), egg white, apricot jam (apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acid: citric acid, flavoring), honey, marzipan (almonds, sugar, invert sugar syrup), chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract, may contain traces of milk), spices, raising agent (potassium carbonate), wafer (corn flour, corn starch).
