Our Dresdner Backhaus Stollen are, like all our products, lovingly formed and refined by hand. Among other things, they contain many, many sultanas soaked in rum, candied lemon and candied orange peel, sweet and bitter almonds and only pure brand butter. After baking, the burnt sultanas are removed from the stollen’s surface by hand to guarantee the incomparable good taste for you. Only then do we coat the stollen with pure butterfat and turn it into granulated sugar. After an overnight rest, the typical white icing sugar layer follows.
