What is needed in addition to the Fix for Schnitzel “Zürcher Art”? • 250g sliced pork (alternatively veal, poultry) •150g mushrooms • 1 tsp oil Preparation: Fry the sliced meat in hot oil until golden brown, remove from the pan. Fry the chopped mushrooms in the oil. Pour in 300ml water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Add the chopped meat and let it heat up in the sauce for about 4 minutes. Rice, potato rösti or fine mashed potatoes go very well with it as a side dish.
