Maggi Sauce for Sauerbraten is finely seasoned with celery, tomato and rosemary. This sauce tastes particularly good with roast beef, bread dumplings, red cabbage and all kinds of game dishes.
Simply stir the contents of a single packet into 250 ml (1 cup) of hot water. Let the sauce boil and cook for 1 minute before serving. Refine with wine, cranberries and raisins as desired.
