What is required in addition to the fix for onion cream schnitzel? • 3 pork escalopes (150g each) • 200ml whipped cream • 1 onion • 1 tsp oil
Preparation: Halve and slice the peeled onion. Fry the schnitzel in hot oil until golden brown, remove and keep warm. Fry the onion in the pan until golden brown. Pour 200ml water and 200ml cream into the pan, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Add the schnitzel and cook for about 10 minutes on a low heat. Almost any side dish goes with it, just as you like: from potatoes or crispy fries to pasta and fluffy rice.
